Both of these databases have images. To save you will want to move your mouse of the picture, right click your mouse and 'Save Picture as '. http://search.creativecommons.org/ (Click on the Google Images tab before searching for pictures!) Images, videos do not need to be specifically cited but Creative Commons does want to be identified as the resource for files used.
Save all you photos, notes and research to a file on the desktop and move it to your Sharepoint before you leave. Information left on the computer is not saved and you will not recover it.
